Jim brings over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, specializing in commercial HVAC systems, industrial HVAC equipment, and advanced air conditioning solutions. His extensive knowledge allows Tab Mechanical to deliver high-quality, efficient service on every project.
As the Service Manager, Jim oversees both residential and commercial HVAC operations, ensuring every job — from AC repair and system replacements to large-scale commercial installations — is completed with precision and professionalism.
He plays a key role in:

With over 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Khammron brings a well-rounded background in HVAC diagnostics, system design, air conditioning sales, and distribution. His experience as a senior diagnostic technician and HVAC sales manager gives him a unique ability to align technical performance with real-world customer needs.
At Tab Mechanical, Khammron leads the residential division as the Residential Project Manager and Comfort Advisor, specializing in:

- Customer experience and project management
He oversees everything from initial consultation to final system installation, ensuring homeowners receive reliable, high-performance HVAC systems tailored to their needs.

Jose “JC” Alvarez is a key leader at Tab Mechanical and plays a critical role in delivering high-quality commercial and residential HVAC services.
With over 12 years of HVAC experience, JC has extensive expertise in:

- HVAC project management
- High-demand industrial environments
Before joining Tab Mechanical, JC helped grow a successful HVAC business in Corpus Christi, gaining hands-on experience in operations and system installation. He later advanced into a leadership role managing HVAC and electrical work at a large refinery, further strengthening his ability to handle complex commercial projects.
At Tab Mechanical, JC helps with commercial HVAC projects, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. He also supports residential service calls when needed, making him a versatile and dependable member of the team.
Outside of work, JC lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys fishing, playing sports, working out, and spending time outdoors. He is also deeply involved in the local community, coaching youth football and baseball.
