Maintenance Includes
- Inspect and test thermostat.
- Check system operation and temperature split.
- Test and tighten electrical connections if needed .
- Clean outdoor condenser coil.
- Inspect indoor coil and blower.
- Replace or clean air filter (customer provided).
- Check refrigerant levels and system pressures.
- Flush and test condensate drain line.
- Inspect safety controls.
- Check overall system performance.
- Provide system condition report and recommendations.
Terms & Conditions
Agreement must be paid in full prior to service. Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day service. Discounts apply to standard repairs only. Replacement credit applies to full system replacement installed by TAB Mechanical Services and requires continuous active membership. Agreement is non-refundable after first service visit.
